Overview

Santec offers an advanced range of Flap Moulding Presses that uses compression moulding process for manufacturing rubber flaps. These machines provide fast turn around time with superior quality of end products. This results in increased productivity and significant cost saving. The unique design provides option for accommodating single set of Flap Mold as well as double set of molds in each Press. Two presses can be operated by single power pack unit with PLC. Santec's Flap Moulding Presses are provided with Omron make PLC featuring Touch type coloured display screen for Operator's convenience. Molds for Flap Presses can also be supplied along with the presses.
