Inclined cutters are fed with continuous bales. The steel alloy blades cut the bales into pre-determined size of selected thickness. Bales are automatically discharged with the help of rollers. These hi-tech machines can also be provided with conveyors as per the demand of the clients.

Design & Construction

Rubber Bale Cutter consists of a cutter or a precision blade, column, hydraulic cylinder, base and power pack unit. The oil is supplied by the hydraulic power pack unit, which operates the cutter through cylinder. Lead or nylon is casted on the base under the cutter for protecting the edges. The high precision inclined cutters with uninterrupted bales cut the rubber into predetermined size of selected thickness. The cut rubber automatically discharged with the help of rollers. Conveyors are provided with the unit for carrying the finally cut piece of bales.
