Overview
Santec's extra heavy duty molding presses can work for around 3 shift per day to produce different kinds of solid tyres. The unique design of the machine allows it to withstand the load continuously for 3 to 4 hours during longer curing period. As the curing time is very long, so the presses are specially engineered to resist heavy load during the operation.
