Vacuum Compression Molding Presses Overview
Santec's Vacuum Compression Molding Press comprises of two sections, a Vacuum Molding Press and an automatic Mold Ejection System. Both the segments are connected with automatic mould handling arrangement, sequenced with press operation. The machine is automatically operated resulting considerable saving of time. As the process of molding is done in the vacuum, components are moulded with assured control parameters without any porosity. These moulding machines are the most convenient and fastest way for producing plastic casing with varying dimensions. Production Range

Application
Vacuum compression moulding machines consolidate plastic, rubber or other composite material into a single component which can further be moulded into desired shapes. These moulding machines make use of vacuum to enhance the moulding quality and ensures proper cavity filling. It creates vacuum and continuously control the heating of raw material. Santec's Vacuum Compression Moulding Machines can be used for manufacturing endless variety of rubber and plastic components including:
- Washers
- Key Pads
- Medical Stoppers
- Oil Seals
- Rings
- Shock Absorbers
- 'O' Rings
- Oil seals
- Medical Stoppers
- Shock Absorber Parts
- Automobile Moulding Bellows
- Boots.
